The Space:
The house is set high to take in surrounding water views.
Fully screened throughout, laundry facilities are available and a webber BBQ. Smart TV and continuous Wi-Fi access.
3 double bedrooms with linen provided and bathroom downstairs. Main bedroom is air-conditioned. Upstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Huge veranda to sit and relax while absorbing the view.
Behaved pets are Ok, although there is no fencing on the property.
Upstairs is a fold out sofa bed for extra young ones to sleep on, please BYO linen.
Agnes Water is the northern most surf beach on the east coast of Australia. The house is in the centre of town, walking to shops and beach are easy. Lighted pathway steps for ease of access to walk to beach and shops.

The Neighborhood:
As you are in a residential area, loud noises should be at a minimum.
Rubbish Collection day is Monday evening for a Tuesday morning pick up. Please leave seafood scraps in Freezer until bin night. Do not place them in the residential bin prior. There are purpose bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark to dispose of your seafood also. Its best to put the bins up on Pacific Court for pick up.

Other Things to Note:
There is access at the back of the property to keep extra cars or boats under the carport.You can park on the empty block behind the house, you access this via Pacific Crt.
The Driveway from Captain Cook Drive is steep, but you come up to a high carport and a turnaround area to drive down the driveway.
