Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Room was downgraded from Premier Deluxe King with super large windows to a tiny narrow window room …traffic noise concerns, had to use ear plugs. Management need to refund the extra charges. Hotel has tremendous potential, but lacks cleanliness and maintenance issues…dirty towels, unclean faucets, filthy lift and hallways are major drawbacks
