The first night we had room where the water came off the floor onto vanity area of the bathroom. Just flowed over naturally. Got a different room for the second and third nights which was better. The check in lady was not attentive as I stood in line to check in. Didn't even acknowledge me until I mentioned something to her. The restaurant staff were polite and kind - very attentive to please.

Excellent stay in Raddison. Amazing breakfast and great service. The only issues were wifi in the room didn't work, we were given incorrect password and no one came to help us fix it. Also mosquitoes in the room.

This is a very ordinary hotel, not a 5 star by any means, rooms a dingy and smell of humidity and moss, air conditioning not working despite 2 separates visits from engineers. Breakfast is the same 5 days a week with certain items repeated on alternate dates. Gym was in dire straits, you could tell equipment were never cleaned and sweat drops everywhere were apparent. There is nobody managing the Gyms and ladies working there clearly ignore you. I requested twice to get the aircon going. Really does not deserve a 5 star status. The staff at the main reception were extremely professional and nice.
