My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The lobby is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to departure. However, our room could have been a bit cleaner. The sofa had visible stains, and the towels and washcloths were noticeably rough... not what I’d expect from a property of this caliber. Because our stay was short, I didn’t raise an issue, but if we were staying longer, I would have requested a room change. The hotel has great potential with its modern design and welcoming atmosphere, but a little more attention to housekeeping details would elevate the guest experience.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the condition of the rooms I was assigned. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate us during our stay, I was disappointed by a series of issues that required us to change rooms multiple times. The first room had a strong smell of mold, which made it uninhabitable. The second room had a visibly dirty pillowcase thrown on the bed, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. We ended up staying in the third room, but even there we noticed stickers stuck to the window ledge, which gave the impression the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or checked. These issues impacted the quality of our stay and were not what we expected from a property of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving room inspections and overall cleanliness standards to prevent this from happening to future guests.

Really nice property. Rooms were comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. The only issue during our stay was the restaurant. The food was good but the service was very slow and several of our orders were not correct.

The hotel is good and the staff friendly, however, the manager was rude and confrontational, so that takes the grade down a lot. If you can stay at this hotel without having to talk to the manager, great! If not ... run !!!!
