Providing great comfort, a nice terrace, completely refurbished and air-conditioned. A cosy and romantic nest under the roof!

Beautiful 39m² duplex ideally located in the historical center of Aix-en-Provence, 100m from the Place des Prêcheurs and 350m from the Cours Mirabeau. The market takes place on the Place des Prêcheurs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. After three years of large urban work, now completed, this location is the best in Aix-en-Provence!

Our duplex is located on the 4th floor of an 18th century building (without elevator) typical Aixois building in the historic centre of the city. Rated ★★★, entirely renovated in 2020, it has been carefully designed, equipped and decorated to provide high-end comfort for 4 adults and a child.

The main living space is completely renovated, with a modern open kitchen very well equipped, a living room facing its bay window overlooking the terrace. It has optical fiber internet access and a complete home cinema (with 5.1 sound, video projector and screen). Its sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed for two persons.

The south-facing terrace overlooks a pedestrian alley, without vis-à-vis. It is very quiet and offers an unobstructed view over the rooftops of the city. It is equipped with a pergola, a deckchair and an outdoor lounge to enjoy the light and the evenings.

The upper floor is accessed by a steep staircase. The bedroom is a real comfortable and air-conditioned cocoon under the roofs, equipped with a small bathroom with a toilets; it offers a queen-size bed and an sofa that can be converted into a single bed for a child or teenager.

Toilets on the two levels of the duplex, blackout blinds and curtains, books CD and films at your disposal contribute to a cocooning stay.

Une pépite au coeur de la vieille ville d'Aix

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement, l'accueil était parfait ! Sabrina est très arrangeante sur les horaires et très gentille. L'appartement est très propre, très beau et très bien équipé ( un home cinéma, machine à laver, climatisation). La terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les toits de la ville et sans vis à vis est vraiment le point fort de ce duplex au cœur de la vieille ville. Elle est également très bien orientée puisque dès le matin j'ai pu prendre mon café au soleil et en fin de journée mon petit verre de vin avec les derniers rayons de soleil. Il est possible de tout faire à pied, néanmoins des parkings sont accessibles non loin de l'appartement et des bus pour visiter les environs sont également situés à proximité. Même s' il y a de la documentation dans l'appartement, l'agence de tourisme est à moins de 10 min à pied. J'ai passé quelques jours plus qu'agréables et je recommande fortement cet appartement !
