We had first a maintenance man walj into our room, then they gave another guest a key to our room and he walk in on us. They also gave us the wrong room, two queens instead of a king. We moved rooms and one of the tvs would not shut off. They did fix the tv. At breakfast they forgot to put out the oatmeal and the waffle batter.

The manager Jamie baker, canceled my parents hotel reservation for a wedding in town we were attending and another couples room when they weren’t ready at 3 when we were at the hotel, when we returned after the wedding the rooms were given to other guests and we were told no card was on file but that’s not true. Then myself my wife and my parents were told the police would be called if we didn’t leave the hotel. The general manager is on a power trip. Thinking about suing after this.

Very nice room, hotel was very clean Breakfast was very good My only issue was the highway, our room faces it and although we didn’t notice the noise till later in the evening when the room was quiet, next time I would ask for the other side of the hotel
