Door key did not work all weekend. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was average at best with Sunday being acceptance. Very disappointed overall considering my past experiences with Hampton.

I haven’t had any issues with Hampton inn before and it’s usually one of the nicer hotels for its price which is why I chose this hotel to stay at. The best part about our stay was the staff, they were very kind and helpful. This hotel needs to be renovated or something because it’s very clear it is an OLD building, the smell was so bad it just smelt like old carpet everywhere. The lights would buzz and flicker every time we turned them on like straight out of a horror movie. The sheets also smelt old as if they hadn’t been washed or touched in months. I love Hampton inn but this type it was a huge NO for next time 😥
