The property is aged and need updating. You get a half of a roll of toilet paper,,only towels for a party of two, trial size toiletries for one person, air conditioner didn’t work on a humid 90 degree day. The complimentary breakfast was horrible quality and there was a nail sticking out on the bannister railing that we told the front desk about but don’t know if it was repaired. I would never recommend and shocked it was a Wyndham property.

The property must have changed hands within the last year. Not well managed. I stayed 3 days and my room was never cleaned. I went a got clean towels daily myself. I made the bed daily. It definitely needs some manager input.

Gross hotel with very nice staff

We stayed here because Twinsburg does not allow fireworks on July 4 which usually terrify our dog. When you walk in the smell is bad the towels looked dirty like they’ve been washed 1000 times. while I was there someone hit my car and put a dent in it. I called the hotel and asked them to check their footage and they never called me back. Hotels.com should not even be listing this place. A service was great. They were very nice and very friendly. This type of place you go to rent rooms by the hour. Or if you fall on hard times and need a place to stay.

Convenient an good value for the price

Staff nice , room clean bed comfortable . Pricing good . If I had one bad thing was the noise from the roadway , but was so tired that it didn’t bother me . It’s nestled behind sheetz . Interior rooms . Nice hot water . Was a good choice for proximity to blossom music center . Just 30 min out a clays resort 47 min out . Easy access to both places from this motel .

On arrival the room was as expected clean however there was no internet service. The staff reacted quickly but it took contacting the internet provider to eventually solve the problem. I only had internet for 2 of my four night ( which are supposed to be included in price), but the staff did react quickly and solved it as soon as possible. Otherwise the stay was good.

Broken bathroom door knob, water in shower was not draining, water in tub while you shower, air conditioner leaking water on floor, terrible breakfast, sandwiches in zip lock bag, orange juice in pitcher , lot of activity going on outside hotel, not enough linen, residue on lamps in room , outside doors not secure, no key card entry, wet bathroom floor when first entering room
