Unlike what’s described in the website from hotels.com: you do not get 7 restaurants to chose from for free, you get 2 free ones (buffet and a fast food- not tasty food truck) and 5 that charge $100+ for a sit down a la cart meal. You cannot reserve ahead of time even of you want to pay, so availability will be very limited (unless you pick dinner at 5pm or 11pm). There supposed to be a place that has icecream during the day- it it was closed on our stay and if you wanted ice cream you needed to pay for it…Buffet food was not worth what we paid for the ‘all inclusive’ package, but that only crowded single place was the included food. Amenities for kids were nice, except for the pool side area needing anti-slide protection. Saw many kids and adults falling down, us included… Do not recommend, save your money and go to a small boutique place if you want to eat well!

The room was nice but it is NOT a 2 bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom, with a pull out in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Staff was generally friendly, but they don't have enough people working there. Or at least not clearing dishes, refreshing food and drinks, and keeping things tidy and clean. No one comes to take orders around the pool or on the beach and the food in general is just average. Everything feels watered down including guacamole. Even the orange juice is some synthetic mix of juice, water, and something like tang. The staff at the gym are not friendly at all and even kind of rude. There are raccoons and birds constantly after your food - even on the outdoor seating for dinner. I get it, it's set in the jungle, but it's gross and they should have staff actively shooing the animals away. That said, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great and the room is nice, even if it isn't what they advertise. The gardens are pretty. I had a good vacation, but I would not go back to this resort.

It was our second time here and we loved it! Everything was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The staff were great and friendly. The amenities were perfect. Food was delicious. Honestly 10/10

Room was nice but need some work on the showers. Food was OK. Tried Tequila restaurant and was not impressed just another buffet. The staff were pleasant. I have been to Bahia Príncipe in Jamaica, Punta Cana and Mexico now. I don’t think I will return to the Mexico one. The others were much better overall.

Restaurants were completely booked up at the time of booking for our whole stay could only eat at the buffet which was trash. Trolley service does not go to the whole resort never came to our side of the resort and when I did see them pass our way and they had no one on there trolley they passed right by us after us waving at them. Beach is completely rocky and unbearable to walk on. Had to ask multiple times for stuff for my room and never got it.

Property was beautiful but overall I would not recommend. Long check in and out process. Everything is so spread out it requires long walks. The trolley services was not available when needed. Hotel was hot, we could not eat at any of the restaurants due to being booked. Need more accessible bars, had to wait in long lines to get drinks. Some drinks did not taste well. I would recommend the market be open to everyone on Saturday evenings. Limited activities or shows. Advertised a game room for kids but did not mention you have to purchase a game card to play pool or other games. Beach is not good for swimming as there were lots of rocks that made it hard to walk through.

Clean room - water was not very hot though we tried to get it fixed & had to call about the AC & the mini fridge not being cold. Housekeeping forgot to restock things a coulle of times but the concierge fixed it upon calling. Definitely have to do the pre checkin and book you a la carte meals in advance as we only were able to book one as they were all full. Could not get to scuba desl to book - they seemed open at different hours then listed. Resort was clean and the staff was friendly. Beautiful place. Overall a good experience but it could have been better.

The resort is very nice and conveniently located near Tulum airport. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area has plenty of chairs and plenty of bars to get drinks from including the swim-up bar. The only downfall is reservations to the restaurants are near impossible. Everything is done through an app which is great and they advise to check constantly for reservations availability but when you're on vacation who has time to be on their phone checking.
