lovely spacious apartment right next to wild and natural beach

We loved the condo- we could hear the oceans crashing waves in every room. the beach was full of sargassum, so we took our child to Akumal to swim- which was a 2 min bike ride. We love the area- calm, quiet, full of birds, trees and other wildlife. Most of all, the property manager Scott and Akumal Direct were there to hand-hold as we transitioned to the area- what to see, where to shop, how to access taxis, etc. I definately reccomend this place and area!

Great location

Spent 2 wonderful weeks at the reef. Beautiful view from deck. Swimming and snorkeling were very good. The location was very secure, with a guarded traffic gate down the road. Lots of good places to eat, too. Could use more comfortable chairs on the deck. Scott was very attentive and helpful.

Akumal

Akumal is the most relaxing place in the Yucatán. No other locations have condos directly on the water. Slept with windows open listening to the sea all night. Fantastic condo, friendly staff, great base to explore the area. Walking distance to two great restaurants. We will be back!
