These apartments with three bedrooms, recently remodeled with air conditioning and wifi. Ideal for families with children, with classic architecture and Mediterranean style. With community pools and surrounded by pleasant native vegetation and large gardens.
Located in the lower part of San Jaime, a few meters from shopping areas and Son Bou beach. There is a wide range of services and activities offered; bars, restaurants, supermarket, children´s play area, scuba-diving centre, tennis courts, medical centre and a variety of shops.
These apartments are privately owned and therefore it´s important to mention that certain characteristics may vary from one property to another, although all have the same basic amenities.
All apartments face south and can be on the ground floor or upper floor. The apartments stand out for their comfort. and simplicity. Inside, they maintain a Mediterranean aesthetic. The living-dining room and kitchen share the same fully furnished space. The apartments consist of 3 bedrooms, the 1st is double, with a double bed and access to a small rear terrace; The 2nd room is simple with 2 smaller single beds with a small wardrobe and the 3rd is with a single bed.
