the check-in procedure went well. I was disappointed in learning that the hotel was out of complimentary water and the elevator was broken. The room was clean and quiet. I feel the quality of toilet paper and tissues is extremely low. I would think the amount that the chain purchases would more than make higher quality products more affordable. It's the little things that set a hotel apart.

Yes the room was very clean and so was the lobby and corridors. The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. We could not get a discounted price because we did not book directly with them but they did give us a 15$ gift card to Dunkin donuts.
