Nice view

The view of the lake was amazing, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Daily cleanings were definitely a plus. The only negative, lack of coffee maker in the room. Starbucks in the lobby didn’t quite make up for that. Overall I enjoyed my stay though.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

It was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Pros: Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Cons: No coffee/tea maker in room. TV was terrible, almost every channel said “not available.” Towels were frayed. All the restaurants are through the casino which is annoying. There are plenty of places to stay in the area so I would opt for one of those next time.

Disappointed in parking for the handicap!!!

The harbor view suite was quite nice and comfortable the bed was a little too firm for me with my disabilities however waking up seeing the water with ducks on the river was quite nice. My only issue was with the parking as it stated $20 to park in the garage on the lower level and as we left it charged my credit card again for $50. I had asked the desk clerk when we arrived about the parking and they stated that's all there was. However I was upset about another $50 charge upon departure so I went back in and spoke to the supervisor/manager and I was told it would be taken care of she probably called me back within a few hours and said the money would be refunded but I have yet to see it on my end. They then proceeded to tell me if I return to stay at the hotel there is handicap parking on the second third and fourth levels of the garage for no charge. They could've told me this from the beginning when I originally spoke to the Desk clerk. They also could've stated it in their description before coming for my stay. Close captioning did not work on the TV in the bedroom for my hearing impaired partner.Aside from the parking issues this was a very nice hotel and casino except I lost quite a bit at the casino lol

Great One Night Stay

Beautiful hotel. Quick overnight stay to catch a flight early morning. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel bar was nice. Casino restaurant had great food options. The only issue was the room, it was nice for a King size, but the airflow was terrible. It was either too hot or too cold. Maybe it was just me unable to figure out the controls. Who knows (haha). Overall though, I would and will stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room def needs to be updated..BEDS ARE GREAT though.... It smelled so much from cleaning fluids and carpet cleaner we had to move twice..My husband got such a bad allergy attack...CLEANING Products SMELLS are terrible The staff took the time to make it right ...
