Villa Isis is a charming house with an excellent central location in Albufeira. With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6+1 guests, this property offers a beautiful garden, private pool and is just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, shops, beaches and the famous Albufeira Strip, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to relax in the heart of the city.



The 3 bedrooms include 1 double room with a private bathroom and 2 double rooms with individual beds. There is also an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and iron.



The living/dining room is spacious, with TV, comfortable sofas and dining table. Outside, you will find a fabulous pool (heatable as an extra) set in a well-maintained garden, with barbecue and dining area, perfect for enjoying late afternoons.



Villa Isis is located in the heart of Areias de São João, 10 minutes' walk from Oura Beach and 10 minutes by car from Albufeira Old Town.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 6 people.

The 7th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

Charming Villa

The Villa is in a central location near to the numerous bars and restaurants on the strip. The villa has excellent kitchen equiptment and amenities we were even left dishwasher and washing machine detergent . We paid extra to have the pool heated but it was well worth it as someone had left a few inflatables so we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. We are looking forward returning in a year or two

Lovely villa

Very happy with the villa and pool. Location is near the strip, about 5 mins walk & 25 mins to the beach. Whilst you can’t hear the music from the strip, you can hear the groups of young lads walking home in the early hours & the group in the next villa were pretty noisy at times. However we made the best of it & had a lovely holiday.

Outside space was excellent. The pool was good but not very suitable for infants as it went deep very quickly. Villa was bit tired inside and the ensuite toilet could be upgraded as shower cubicle had cracked tiles and ingrained dirt. Overall it was good but we have stayed in a villa in the area before and was far superior and also cheaper. Also 180 euros to heat pool was a bit much

Lovely villa - a couple of minor reservations

I completely agree with all the other reviews of this property. It's a lovely villa in a quiet location, all the photos are completely accurate and I really couldn't fault the villa. One slight thing to do with the local area, more for information purposes really. This villa is located close to 'The strip' in Albufeira, I took this from previous reviews to mean that it was close to restaurants and bars....which is true... However the strip is basically *the* location in Portugal where brits go on stag/hen do's etc. It really isn't family friendly in any way (i suppose depending on how you choose to entertain your kids). We arrived on Sat night and we straight to the strip looking for dinner..... and then basically legged it because of what was going on, imagine the scenes you see on 'ibiza unbound' type programmes. That said though there are plenty of other areas to enjoy, some streets in the old town are lovely, and in between the villa and the old town there are loads of nice places to eat/drink. You can't hear the noise from the strip in the villa so its perfectly possible to not even know it's there. Of course the strip may be your sort of thing, in that case you will love it! Dont let any of the above put you off the villa, it was lovely :)

Great home,secure and safe for the children. Quiet but completely convenient to shops and the beach.

Wonderful family holiday, great service being met at the airport. Having a cleaner and gardener was so helpful. A heated pool for the time of year is a must and we used the heating inside in the evenings. It would be better to provide some basics like salt, sugar and some washing up liquid.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Ik was met een groep van 7 meiden van 17 jaar oud. Het huis had genoeg slaap plek (1 iemand op bank of uitklapbed). Mooie tuin met zwembad. Het huis had tijdens mijn verblijf wel een mieren plaag, maar daar valt zeker wat aan te doen. Villa is zeker een aanrader. Ook echt top locatie bij de strip en mooie buurt!! Groet

Heel goede locatie! Goede communicatie met de verhuurder, Heel fijn huis, Lekker zwembad. Alles bij elkaar konden we geen beter verblijf wensen tijdens onze vakantie in albufeira.

Zentrale Lage, einkaufen, Essen gehen und Strand alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Alles Top! Allerdings sollte man die Abschluss Feier Saison für Engländer und Niederländische Jugendliche kennen und ggf. meiden. Partymeile.
