I wanted to give you some feedback on our stay and give you some pictures to consider as you are maintaining this property. All 18 of us who were on that property agree that it can be kept a lot better. It is too nice of a property to be as ran down as it is. One: in renting the property, we should have had total privacy. Two out of the number of days we rented maintenance was on the grounds. Working on a pool that we were not going to use. I did suggest that we wait until after we check out for maintenance to work on that pool. However, they worked on it anyway and for those two days we had issues with water, pressure and hot water for showers. We could not flush the toilets properly nor take showers during the time the water was running in the pool for two days . We did not have total privacy.Two: the bathrooms were very nasty, which is unsanitary. Whoever cleaned the home did not deep clean. We did have to replace a shower curtain in the first level shower due to the nastiness of the lining. Toilets were very unsanitary whoever cleaned it did not lift the lids to clean it. And we just happen to be a group of all women with no men present. So we never lifted the lids until I saw a spot of P on the back of one of the toilets so I decided to lift the lid during checkout. And was shocked at the toilet we were using during our stay, you can see the picture that I included. This is very evident by the dusty smell that was still there and by the nastiness of the bathrooms.
