There isn't a better location. Any neighbors were quiet at 9pm. Everything in the kitchen functioned well. We had a little trouble with the TV, but I only mention that ao I can share how responsive and helpful the host was. We'd pick the same Vrbo in a heartbeat.
Everything from check in to the locations was absolutely seamless! If you are wanting to visit Old Town or ALQ it is a GREAT spot to stay at! Itâs central located and a hop on the freeway to anything in ALQ! Across the street from Old Town (literally) and feels like a very safe place to be! Itâs also walking distance to the Sawmill Market!
The property is older but well kept up, and the apartment itself was a perfect space for two old friends to socialize or be separate. Beds were comfortable and we had easy access to old town galleries and the Albuquerque Museum.
I live in Texas now, so I came to Albuquerque to visit my disabled mom for Motherâs Day and her birthday! This apt was just the right amount of space for the girls and I. The only down side was it is upstairs so we did have to make several trips up and down the stairs for our belongings . But we were quite cozy and happy with our stay. Oh I gave less stars for location just because the parking and getting to the apt was a bit of a hassle but I would book again. The owner communication and helping me fix my booking as well was amazing and I appreciate that.
We picked this property because it is across from Old Town. Itâs about a 30 second walk. Very cute older property that is well maintained. Lots of food choices very close by. Gas stations close by. The beds were very comfortable.
This apartment was exactly what I was looking for on my 4 day stay in ABQ. Old town is one block away and other POI very close by. The apartment is spacious, was very clean and simply but well appointed. I ended up sleeping in the smaller, east side room because I love having morning light. The kitchen is roomy, well equipped, and also full of light. The wonderful New Mexican coffee and supplies were much appreciated! So great to have a washer dryer on an extended stay. (Note: the washer is a bit noisy so I recommend running it early in the day so not to disturb neighbors.) Comfy bed and large closets. Bonus points for having a yoga mat!! The shower is a bit of a tight space, but good water pressure and hot water. I found the bird motif charming and whimsical. Made me chuckle finding them throughout the place. I didn't have a car, but never waited more than 7 minutes for ride share. Note: most of the drivers were navigated to the property next door for some reason! Highly recommend this place and I would (and may do so for work!) stay here again.
Everything was great. There were 3 of us, and it worked perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but it worked fine. Location is amazing. I will definitely add this location to my favorites.
Property as described, fantastic location within easy access to Old Town. The kitchen/dining room are small but adequate. I would gladly stay here again!
We stayed for 2 nights and found that the apartment worked well for our family of 4. The amenities of a full kitchen and laundry were helpful. The location was great, just across the road from the old town. The things we wish were better were the cleanliness of the apartment and better beds. Unfortunately the bed frames made for very squeeky beds, making it difficult for a light sleeper. Overall we would recommend the property but wish some more money was put into maintaining the apartment.
My sister and I needed a place to stay close to the hospital. The location was convenient. We also needed to extend the stay and the process was easy. Overall, the apartment was exactly as advertised and we were thankful.
The check-in process went smoothly, the apartment was clean. It was not a luxurious stay but adequate. The neighborhood was an interesting mix of economically depressed and semi-affluent. It is right across the street from Old Town which is a bonus. Overall, a just outside of downtown feel to the neighborhood.
Great place to stay for all things Old Town and anything in Albuquerque
We stayed for a weekend event at Hotel Albuquerque and it was great, a safe walking distance to the hotel. Quiet and clean with all the comforts of home. Bedrooms are separated by the living area so my friends couldn't hear me snore!
We had friends in 2 other units in the complex and had fun visiting back and forth.
We'll defiantly be back!
Property was not VRBO quality. The price of $323 per night was ridiculous. I have many pictures of things that make this home not quality. I have used VRBO many times and this was my first disappointment. There was a dry park directly across the street. Overall quality of items in the unit were poor quality. The bird decor was rather creepy.
We stayed for a short family trip and enjoyed the space! The bed in the main bedroom has the most comfortable mattress- we were all very cozy and pleased! Thank you!
This was our second stay in this apartment, we liked it so much we came back. The apartment is clean & comfortable, parking is easy and Taryn is easy to communicate with. The location is great! Walk to Old Town & a quick ride to I 40. Highly recommended.
My guys had night work at a local business. They needed someplace they could relax during the day so they were refreshed for the job.
This place did that.
This apartment is in a wonderful location. Directly across from Old Town, you have walking distance access to cafes, shops, restaurants, and bars. Very short drive to some great local breweries. The apartment itself is very clean. It is not fancy, but it provides more than basic accommodations. Well stocked kitchen with refrigerator, and it was so convenient having the washer/dryer. My only âcomplaintâ is that the shower is very small so if you are anything other than an average size person it would be pretty tight. There is shower gel and shampoo but no hair conditioner so pack some if you need it. Overall, it was perfect for us and we will definitely return.
