RAVE!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at El Verde Inn in ALB, NM. We had an unexpected emergency earlier in the day and then car troubles along the way, so we did not arrive until 0430 AM--well past the 11 PM weekend check-in time. Despite all of that, the staff (I believe his name was Wesley) was incredibly kind and accommodating. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond. Upon greeting and meeting us, we apologized and he stated, "it is okay, as long as you two are safe!" He answered every call and made sure we still got settled comfortably even at that hour. His patience and willingness to help truly made a stressful day a lot easier. If you are looking for a safe place with excellent service and people who genuinely care, I highly recommend staying here. To note, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean as well with everything we needed in it. We stayed from NOV 14/15-NOV 16th.

The room was so comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful— got us checked in a bit ahead of schedule. When we needed a couple of things and when we had questions, they were responded to promptly. The showerhead, towels and soaps were top notch. Of course the location beautifully situated alongside Paradise Hills golf course.

We found the.parking area safe.and convenient. There was a.peaceful quiet view from the balcony area, staff was help friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this inn.
