Everything was great. Only had issues with our air. Couldnt get it to continue. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good. Rooms were supper clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was wonderful, even amidst a multitude of people checking in at the same time and it raining outside and, therefore, a totally packed lobby of soggy, tired folks! The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked till shut-down time. The one downside was the shower curtain/rod was drooping and the curtain never stayed closed in either side - soaking the floor every 30 seconds or so between pulling it back into place. Pretty lame to have to stop “showering” twice a minute to keep the water in the shower. Ugh!

Price, location , and room size was extremely good. Several downfalls sadly Room HVAC system had never been cleaned. Years of dust on the filter. Very dirty place to stay and breathe. We discovered it after lots of sneezing after entering the room. Several staff members were very unprofessional , both check in and breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9 instead of most places ending at 10

No longer GreenTree as of Monday February 9, 2026. It is now Best Western. Staff were really nice. They have make your own pancakes for breakfast. They offer juice and coffee 24 hours. Bed was nice. You expect road noise since it is on Hwy 25 frontage road but there were other noises-loud and unexpected. (Maybe plumbing ?)
