Everything was great except…. The hot tub is broken and the pool is cold… like really, really cold. We were told the place would undergo a renovation soon, hopefully they start there as we were here for only one night and picked it due to location and pool/hot tub. Service was excellent otherwise. Breakfast was great. Coffee was tasty.

Staff at check in were rude. Room had ceiling damage and no place to sit. We were accidentally booked into a handicap room and asked to change but couldn’t because it was a third party booking. First and only time in a Hampton Inn.

We noticed homeless people hanging around the area and a hotel just down the block was all boarded up. Not a reassuring sign. The hotel itself is clean and staff personable and efficient.

The room was stuffy and had a musty smell. The hot tub didnt work the chlorine in the hot tub and the pool were very dirty. There was alge in the pool.

Staff was great. Room was good. AC was loud. Saw a couple dogs in the hotel not a fan. The AC was not on in the hallways. Have stayed in numerous Hampton Inns and they are spectacular. This property doesn’t live up to the Hilton standards.

The hotel was clean. The only problem I had during our stay was that the elevator worked when we got there but didn’t work the next day. I usually take the stairs anyway but it was just inconvenient when checking out trying to bring luggage down from second floor and we had quite a bit. The jacuzzi wasn’t working either in the pool area. Other than that, it was a decent stay.
