Expensive stay for an out of date building with scratchy towels no blankets and youhave to pay for breakfast. besides the girl at the front desk who didnt have a smile or greet us im most displeased about paying for breakfast after staying in a crappy room. dark and dungey hallways, flickering lights in a slow crappy elevator, filthy hot tub. this was not a nice place to stay.

Stayed about 4days for business. Looks nice on the outside and front desk however it is a older hotel that seems to have had a quick sloppy remodel. Hallways are dark, squeeky floors, walls are thin and felt like a maze to find room. Shower was strange small enlosed closet-like set up. I tried food from the hotels kitchen and it was two sad tacos with rice that tasted like it was microwaved. I would not stay here again. Defiantly will stay across the street at Comfort suites next time.

Disappointing Stay - Unprofessional Service and Uncomfortable Room Rating: 0/5 stars I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unprofessional and rude service from the receptionist, Destiny. Things only got worse when I entered my room. The windows were left wide open, leaving the room freezing cold and dusty. I tried calling the reception to report the issue, but unfortunately, my concerns were ignored and no assistance was provided. Overall, my stay at this hotel was uncomfortable and frustrating. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
