This is a great Hotel! We love the rooms and the breakfast is awesome! We also love the security! Only minor problem was the couch seem to be caved in in the middle from long-term usage.

The property is within walking distance of a lot of stores which is great. The only thing that really stuck with me is in the morning we found out that we had no hot water. Called the front desk who let know they would send someone up but waited n no one showed up. Tried to take a cold shower but it was too cold so we ended up leaving without showering until the evening at another hotel. We werent even offered another room just to shower or no word back on what they would do to help.

This hotel is well situated near a shopping mall with many restaurants. You can basically walk there which is nice especially after you’ve been driving all day. The staff were very friendly. I cannot comment on the quality of breakfast as we never ate there. This hotel is very close to the airport which is very convenient after your long flight.

They met our expectations for the Hyatt Place brand. The room was comfortable and clean. Reported as we left that the bathroom sink did not drain properly--kept filling up. If you rely on TV for entertainment in the hotel, their channel selection was very limited. Breakfast is always good.

Great location, decent rate, rooms are great, minor details (could've used a microwave oven in the room, since there's already a mini fridge and a wet bar). TV only had local cable (no Netflix or Prime). The breakfast area runs out of tables quickly. The breakfast menu is standard, but good quality.

Nice rooms in a convenient location.

Nice room. Very clean. Had a top floor king size room. Bathroom was a bit smaller than i would have liked. They also hold $100 deposit for incidentals when most other places only charge $25-50! Not sure i will be back.
