The room was good. It was just very loud and other customers had a dog that was very loud couldn't really sleep at night. It was nice the hotel but I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was ok, it had been repainted rather poorly. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and the shower curtaim would slide open while showering. The towel i grabbed was dingy and had dirt stains. The floor was dirty enought that my socks were trashed. This was all ok, but the worst was finding a cockroach climging to the door. I killed it and thankfully we did not find any more. The staff was great, polite, and kind.

I had a very bad night because the room they gave me had bedbugs and I'm all bitten. My body is full of hives. It's possible that they'll give me my money back and they didn't want to change my room. They changed me until 3:00 am

The room was all tile, which was nice for our pets. However, the floor needed a good mopping. Even with the remodeling the atmosphere felt old and tired. The staff was friendly and helpful.
