Our room was not clean to the point of not wanting to touch door handles. Room had a funky stale odor of old smoke. Vanity faucet shot water everywhere. TV did not work. Front desk did not answer their phone. Desk clerk had a poor attitude because their computer system was down. Very disappointing experience.

No Sleep at This Stay

The hotel appeared old and dingy. Even though it was a non-smoking environment, the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The first room we went into appeared clean as far as dusted and clean sheets, but dingy and very smelly. Like someone left their dirty, sweaty work clothes there. The second room was the same as far as cleanness but the TV didn't work, the bathroom floor was not deeply cleaned under the counter, no blanket, just sheets and a thin sheet-like bed cover on the beds. Traffic noise was horrible.

When we arrived the front desk was unfriendly. Didn’t explain anything - I kept having to ask questions to find out what was happening and where things were at. The couch in the room was GROSS!!!! Breakfast was limited options with warm yogurt, water, milk.

UNSATISFACTORY CONDITIONS!

I was very unimpressed after paying 230$ And finding all of this. Then when I went to the front desk with the COCKROACH. The Blue haired lady said and I quote "This is Albuquerque, they're everywhere" I'm sorry correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe they're IN HOTEL ROOMS. Not amused one bit! This was NOT what I had in mind for a fun family weekend with my kids.

The staff was friendly, and if you are a trucker, it is convenient off the interstate, but the tub was filthy. I didn't look till the morning and decided just to use the washcloths to clean up with. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Rubber eggs and waffle maker.

The king suite we were given had ripped curtains. During our week stay we never had housekeeping visit. (Despite a sign at the front desk saying it would be every three days.)Had to call front desk multiple times just to get someone to take trash. After asking for more linens we never received them. Elevator has definitely seen some better days. There was wallpaper peeling in the corner of our suites hallway.

Not pleasant stay. Carpets were dirty, trouble with the TV, air conditioner fan didn't work, bathroom doors would stick shut and were very old, mattresses were old and saggy, freeway noise was loud all night.

Worst La Quinta in

This place is the worst. The worst can be. It’s old, it needs to be updated. I didn’t even wanna walk on the carpet with my bare feet. Please don’t come here, the lady at the front desk with the blue hair was very rude and acted like she didn’t care. There was a family next-door that you could hear so much that when the children were peeing in the toilet, you could hear it. That’s how thin these walls are. I am an avid fan of La Quinta Inn, but this was the worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Stay away

Have friendly staff and clean rooms. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. I know the property was in renovation on the first floor. We were on the second floor, the elevator is in need to be renovated too. It was slow. The during the busy weekend in Albuquerque. The pool and jacuzzi needed more attention on being cleaned. That was one of the reasons we wanted to stay at your property.
