Internet was extra. I was not given the room that I reserved. Hot water decreased during my shower. Didn't allow early check in and when check in started there was a long line and crowd.

Hotel staff would not let us, but they did for various others, check in by 3pm. I knew the reason because at 4pm a bus load of people arrived. They were stacking rooms to keep everyone close together. Saw a manager with a handful of cards in hand that was for the bus people while we waited. No rooms until 4 !! They kept saying.
