The staff are always super friendly and helpful, I got to stay in a different artist series room this time, which was cool to see. I didn't get to experience the hot tub, but next time I would like to try the hot tub! Overall, Nativo Lodge is a great, quiet place to stay!

The room could have been a little more clean. The pool was a little dirty, as well as the restrooms in the pool area. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. She was very attentive and quick to help with any problems we had. The security guard that was there the night we stayed was very helpful as well.
