We had a wonderful stay with Andrew & Meghan! They were very hospitable and everything was easy from the getgo! The home was clean and very thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The location is great for Nob Hill shops, restaurants and cafes and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Meghan and Andrew have done a nice job making this small, older home feel fun. We enjoyed the decor and the friendly touches. The kitchen and bath are a bit dated but very serviceable. The house has an enormous back yard.

Lovely home in great location

Our stay was perfect for us . We were in for a graduation . Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped . The house was very clean . It was a bonus to have the washer and dryer to be able to put a small load on . Sat outside in the mornings for breakfast before heading out for the day. Our hosts were very welcoming. We would for sure stay again if we were back in Abq . It meet our needs . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Great little home in a great location.

Perfect, clean and comfortable home within walking distance of most businesses in Nob Hill along Central (Route 66).Friendly hospitality note and snacks, water and coffee and tea left in baskets for arrival. Everything was so convenient, clean, and cozy we are already planning to return next month!

Amazing Hospitality - Comfy, Cozy House - Walkability

The house was perfect for a weekend for two in ABQ. We loved being able to walk to bars, restaurants and coffee spots on Central. It's convenient to UNM and downtown. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy with all necessary amenities. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard but it'd be a terrific place to hang out. Andrew & Meghan are incredible hosts! Great with communication, and quick to answer any questions. They put together a wonderful welcome package with snacks, bottled water and a hand-written note (nice touch!)This house is highly recommended. The neighborhood feels safe. We could park our car in the driveway and shopping, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Sprouts) and the airport were conveniently nearby. We'd love to stay again someday! Thanks, Andrew and Meghan.

Nob Hill Treasure

This property was the perfect fit for our family while visiting ABQ. The home was exactly as shown in the listing and exceeded our expectations with the accommodations for our children. Our daughter had a blast in the kids room playing with toys, reading books, and exploring the backyard. Combined with the walkable location to all of Nob Hill this location is second to none for an ABQ adventure!

Overall we had a good stay. Cozy house. The bathroom was a bit cozier and less-well-designed than we might have liked. Neighborhood was good. Price was right and met expectations. Hosts were responsive.

Balloon Fiesta

Great location for making it to the early morning balloon ascensions. Compact accommodations, but well equipped and homey for our 3 adult group. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Appeared to be a safe enough neighborhood, but few people out in the neighborhood after dark. Owners are responsive and a joy to work with.

Perfect home away from home with littles!

We are in love with this home! We stayed for a week with our 4 yr old and 6 month old and it was absolutely perfect. Check-in was a breeze and the house was super clean and tidy but also very comfy - I felt at ease having the kiddos romp around. They have definitely childproofed it (no sharp edges or fancy breakable things!) which let me relax. My 4yo loved the trundle bed and all the toys and books. The house was just the right size for everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable and these hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - even an infant play seat and playpen! The automatically locking door made me feel very secure and I loved the long driveway with plenty of parking. We had to alter our original checkout plan and I was worried about having to do a lot of checkout chores but the hosts made it SO EASY. I’ve been more stressed checking out of hotels! It’s also walking distance to a lovely cafe and lots more. We plan to stay here again when we make our holiday plans!

My husband used this unit during a work trip (I was supposed to be there too but plans changed) and had a great stay. Terrific location near lots of restaurants and stores, good setup at the unit, very responsive and helpful hosts. We would love to rent it again and both get there next time!

Great little house in a lovely neighborhood - close to everyplace we needed to be!

The house was as described - lovely location in quiet neighborhood. LOTS of thoughtful touches (pots, pans and baking sheets; plenty of utensils; mixing bowl, paper towels; coffee, tea, creamer and sugar; dishwashing and laundry soap....) really just anything we could ask for in terms of basic cooking, cleaning and morning coffee thoughtfulness! Swamp coolers kept individual rooms relatively cool. GREAT location - near UNM, Balloon Fiesta, old town and the airport. Easy parking. Easy access to house via key pad. Great communication with hosts. Prompt and reassuring. Perfect for our family group of five. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice place to stay while we were in town meeting our newest little granddaughter. The house was clean, cute and comfortable, and Megan and Andrew were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also.

Perfect location

The house was perfect location to explore the city. We started our day having coffee in spacious yard before setting out to explore. We loved we could walk to local restaurants. We appreciated the warm welcome and they provided information for local eats and things to do in city. Great place to stay, we look forward to a future visit.
