Not great

The staff was very friendly. But the main reason we chose this hotel was becausw of the indoor pool, which was dirty and the jaccuzie was not hot and the streams were not working :-/

Room itself was clean and tidy upon arrival but we had issues with mosquitos in the room and gnats coming up out of the sink over our 2 week stay. Housekeeping only came by twice so we took our own trash out most days and didn’t have fresh towels or sheets. That said, all staff members we encountered were very polite and respectful.

Our room was not very clean, hair in the sink and in the shower and crumbs on the floor of the room. Room had full kitchen but no items to use to prepare or eat food! The closet did not have a hanger bar nor hangers. The pool area was not open. The dining room and bar was not open. We selected this hotel because it stated there was a dining room. We also got charged double what Expedia said would be our charge with all fees included. We were told it was because we updated our room. We had requested a king bed and that is what we got. We did ask to be put into an area of the hotel other friends were staying in. They had stated the rooms in the 'older' part of the hotel had numerous issues. We were told that our total with taxes would be $89.02 but my cc was charged $189.03!

I have stayed at this accommodation a couple of times per year for the past few years. I initially chose it because it had a 24/7 airport shuttle. That was true originally but now as of my last stay there is no shuttle service at all. Zin addition of quality of the accommodation has diminished. Therefore I will notstay there again in the future!

Morning staff were some way unkind to the guests. Bathrooms were clogged, pool was not tempered as they said it was. The whirlpool was not working, it was not even warm and the water looked dirty.

We arrived to find that check in time had been changed from 3pm as contracted, to 4pm by pasting a “4” over the 3 on the board. The lobby was crowded with people that couldn’t check in. At 4:25 when given a room, there was damage, towel rack was off the wall and missing.

Someone tried to break into my room. The pool was disgusting. Rooms are nothing absolutely nothing like what they show. Ice machines were broken throughout. I felt so insecure that I didn’t stay a complete day and took lots of photos. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and the homeless people so many. Seen a girl come from the pool to complain at the desk. She had welts all over her arms from the pool almost looked like bug bites.. don’t walk away from this place RUN! look at the film on top of the pool and they opened it up for people to swim in nowhere in this hotel are the rooms that they show under their advertisement. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t been there yet.
