Breakfast was ok. Property not as nice as most best westerns I have stayed at. Tub filled up while showering due to not draining well. It would take 30 min after shower finished for the tub to drain. Towel bar by sink fell off multiple times. Price gouged due to balloon fiesta week. Should be a $150 hotel not $300.

The water temperature wasn’t working and when I told the front desk she said “sorry”. The floors were so dirty that in a couple of steps my child’s socks were already black.
