Will not stay again. Our room smelled like urine. Floors are very cheap vinyl that have had water damage. Almost felt like you had to wear your shoes the whole time. Bedding with light stains. Towels were dirty - I let the front desk know and their response was thank you for letting us know. No offer for new towels. Also, there are fee discrepancies - first the front desk said it’s because I booked through Expedia, then the front desk said it’s because it’s SureStay and all fees for Best Western aren’t the same. At the end of the day I don’t mind what the fee is just make it consisted on all platforms. The paper in our room was also stating pet fees were cheaper than what we were charged.

Good for 1 Night Sleep.

One night stay on a road trip. We arrived just as it was becoming dark, and we were there to sleep. The mattress was good, and the ventilation was good. It looks like an old hotel got a thick coat of paint, to hide its former sins. Hehe! It was fine. We left at 5am, and at checkout, we were offered to take away the free breakfast, which we declined. We appreciated the offer.

The hotel was extremely clean, possibly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The pool was pretty chilly. The breakfast was okay, but the biscuits were pretty hard and crunchy. Having fruit at breakfast would have been a great addition. The staff was very friendly, quick, and helpful. The stay was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Note: no elevator.
