The central location of the villa allows you to reach a supermarket, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants within a 6-minute walk (500 m), while the sandy beach Platja d’Alcúdia, where you can swim in the glistening blue Mediterranean, is only 400 m or an 3-minute walk away. The scenic port of Alcúdia lies a 22-minute walk (1.8 km) up the beach and offers many restaurants and great views of the bay. Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 48-minute drive (60 km), while the airport is a 55-minute drive (63 km) away.
