Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell und ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Galerie mit Fernseher und einen geräumigen Essbereich. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein - und neue Töpfe und Besteck, ein paar mehr Schüsseln etc. wären auch wünschenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen liegt ca. 6 Kilometer außerhalb von Alcudia. Es sind keine Geschäfte, Bäcker o. ä, in der Nähe. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto.
