This gorgeous two-bedroom apartment has breath taking sea and beach views form the wonderful living/dining room with a private balcony stretching along the façade, and a wood burning stove for cosy winter stays. Both bedrooms sit quietly at the back, together with an en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, and a kitchen so you can cater at home.
The front door of this iconic Grade II listed mid-terraced house takes you into a communal hall with a staircase to the private apartment door on the first floor. There’s a feeling of decadence throughout the property with rich colours, luxurious fabrics, and an eclectic mix of artwork. The landing runs to the living/dining room to the right and the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen to the left.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
Soak up the sea view from the window seat in this graceful reception room, or step out onto the balcony to make the most of the sea breezes too. Designed for relaxation, the room’s furnished with a deep sofa, chairs, and coffee tables, a SKY TV in the corner, and the modern wood-burning stove. If you choose to dine at home there’s a circular table and four chairs – and plenty of take-aways to choose from close by if you’d rather not cook!

Conveniently off the landing, this sunny shower room has a shower cubicle, a wash basin set into a vanity unit, a WC, heated towel rail, and natural light.
OUTSIDE
Located in arguably the best location in town, Market Cross Place borders the promenade with some unrestricted parking available in front of the terrace. You’ll literally be staying steps from the beach for your morning swim, to play a game of boules, or to pick up some fresh fish from one of the seaside huts. The heart of town with its wonderful eateries, independent shops, cinema, galleries, etc. is just round the corner.
There is no provision for electric vehicles, so we recommend you stop at Friday Street at Snape on your way to Aldeburgh to recharge.
