"Only with the third attempt, we got a room of satisfying quality: 1st had no TV remote control - had to change(!) room due to thart… 2nd had a not functioning door lock and the security handle was torn away…
The girl at the reception desk was very kind and pacient and friendly, though - it“s not her fault if the state of the rooms is not according to expectations…"
