5 of us shared a large room for 4 nights, but soap dispensers didn't work, hot water was minimal, there was only a small pot for coffee(no Keurig), no microwave for heating anything up.

Room had drapery problems and closet door was broken. Also we did ask for room service. That consisted of clean towels and emptying garbage cans. Bed wasn’t made either morning but after speaking to front desk that is what happens. Dining room was nice, our breakfasts were excellent and servers were great. All in all a nice visit

We were greeted by overwhelming cigarette smoke in the entry. The room was spacious, but the door didn’t fit the space. The door jam was hallow, meaning the locking mechanism sat in a huge hole. Altogether, light poured into the room at night. The balcony was supposed to have a view of the bay. Instead, it offered a view of the parking lot. The curtains didn’t begin to keep the light out. The bed frame was helt together with duct tape. That felt classy (not). Breakfast sucked. The pancakes were terrible for the price. Altogether, i was unimpressed. Bonnie Castle or Capt.Thomas offer better stays.

I really loved having a balcony and fortunately the weather was perfect for enjoying it. I would have liked to have a microwave in my room particularly the first night as the restaurant was closed. The 2nd night i ate ate the restaurant and had the tempura battered tofu meal. It was done to perfection however i would have enjoyed a dipping sauce to go with it. All in all, enjoyable enough.

We were lucky enough to get a room at the end of the building overlooking the bay and Bold Castle. The sunsets were beautiful. Sorry to say the main dining room was closed for a special event but the specials in the bar were good.
