The carpet in our room was very very dirty. Water for shower was warm not hot. Accent chair in the room was nasty. We stayed for 3 nights and no room cleaning was done during our stay. Totally overpriced for what you get.

The room was dirty and smelled. It had a stained carpet, visible dirt on the little half comforter thing, and old stains on the furniture.

The rooms can use some updating. Carpets and Upholstery on the furniture is stained. However, the beds and pillows are real comfortable. The servic was outstanding.

I arrived at the hotel and received my room key. Upon entering the room I notice animal feces in the corner and the room was not clean. I went downstairs, explained what I saw. I requested and was given a new room.

The checkin guy that evening was rude , no help ! The place needs a face life , old stained carpet , stained tubs and they cues fed thei breakfast. Not at all what I remember from 10 years ago . Will not go back for the price . In a positive note what was there was clean and the bed comfortable, pillows are old . Christmas decorations were beautiful.

The room was horrific! The welcome mat on the elevator should have been the first clue!! Mold/mildew in the shower, desk chair seat ripped, furniture & carpet stains, sheets looked as if they had not been changed with chip fragments. Trash on the floor, dusty, wallpaper peeling off the walls. Roaches. Hallway wreaked of marijuana and the room smelled stale & unclean as if it belonged in a hotel that was boarded up for years.

My husband loves the breakfast. We usually do not have any issues that cannot be fixed. At Thanksgiving, a fire alarm kept going off at 4am. They moved ys to another room immediately. Staff had fresh towels, sheets, the works. At Christmas, we had missing pillows. When my husband called the front desk, the clerk stated thats a housekeeping issur, not a front desk issue. Our towels were dirty (luckily I had clean ones from home) and no rags were in the bathroom. When i asked housekeeping, she stated that they didn't havr towels and rags on her cart, they are on another cart. She did not offer to get any from the linens area. The hot water did not get hot, only warm. We usually have such a good experience at the location, i hope it is not going downhill.

The room was not cleaned, bed sheets were dirty, the bathtub had dirty brown stuff in it. And the room had roaches in the bathroom, on the night stand, crawling on the wall and on the floor. Will not stay there again.
