By Train and Bus:
The nearest train station is Dumbarton Central, about a 10-minute taxi ride from Jamestown. From Dumbarton, regular buses run to Jamestown’s Main Street.

By Taxi:
Taxis are available at Dumbarton station and can be booked in advance for direct transfers to the property.

Stay in Balloch

A good size property, clean and tidy amenities great all we needed was there, beds nice and comfy, nice little balcony to sit out on and chill out in the afternoon/Evening.Only thing could fault was light hanging over dining table was bit low and bumped head a few times, other than that a lovely place to stay and explore the area.

Fantastic place! Sits over the top of a convenience store and next to a bar, so location seemed strange, but it was great! No road noise unless windows are open. Two of the beds seemed to lean a bit, but still very comfortable. Location was good for us as we had a car, so we didn’t use any public transportation.

Checkin was seamless and instructions were clear. The accommodations were well represented in the photos and it was very clean. It was quite large and roomy. We received messages regularly asking how things were going and issues would have been dealt with quickly
