This beautiful and bright apartment close to the sea welcomes 2 pax.
The exterior of this fantastic urbanisation in which the property is located is a real marvel, as it has a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 19m x 11m and a depth range of 1.10m to 1.75m. The little ones can play and run around in the green areas of the garden while enjoying the warm weather or take a dip in the paddling pool. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, the room is distributed in a living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, where you will be able to relax thanks to the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is open to the living room, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use the bedroom available, which has a double bed and a fan. A bathroom with shower completes the room. You will be able to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Algeciras is a port city known for being an important centre for maritime transport and international trade. It is therefore not surprising that the port of Algeciras is the largest in Spain and one of the most important in Europe. Most of the city's historic buildings and monuments are located in the Plaza Alta, situated in the centre of the city. For sports enthusiasts, the Parque Natural Del Estrecho is situated a few kilometres from the city, a protected area offering spectacular views and is an ideal place for hiking, wildlife watching and enjoying the great outdoors.

The opening hours of the pool are from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
The swimming pool is open from June 10th to September 10th.
