Located in the exclusive Pinos de Alhaurín urbanisation, this property combines the tranquillity of a rural environment with the convenience of being just 5 minutes by car from the urban centre and 20 minutes from Málaga capital and its airport. Enjoy relaxing walks along the municipality's main avenue, ideal for walking or cycling and staying active during your stay 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️.



With free WI-FI connection, you will be able to telework without problems and at the same time enjoy with family in a spacious and bright house. The private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture, is the perfect place for children to have fun while you relax. Next to the pool, you will find a covered barbecue area with furniture so you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, creating unforgettable moments 🍖🔥.



The wide entrance porch is ideal for breakfasts in the sun or for disconnecting with a good book and a cup of tea ☕📖. The independent, spacious and bright kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and utensils), with access to a small vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables, which you can discover by following the host's instructions 🥕🍅.



The accommodation has 4 bedrooms: two with double beds (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), and another bedroom with two single beds, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. Everything designed to offer comfort and space for up to 8 people, ideal for groups or large families 🛏️🛁.



The property of 122 m² includes a garden with furniture, fenced plot, terrace, fireplace, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool and outdoor parking in the same building. It also has a television for your entertainment and internet access to keep you connected 📺🌳.
