Throw out trash and if beach goodies or bbq were used please clean and store.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was perfect our family love the house, the proximity to the beach was perfect, we just left and were are already planning our next trip to Bimini and hopefully we will be staying at the beautiful place

The house is very clean and well-stocked. It is in good proximity to the hotel which is walkable and to the beach. The host was an excellent communicator and answered all questions expeditiously. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.
