Some good, Some not so! Will be staying again.

The room presents itself well. So glad tje floors are conyl plank. Bathrooms are old and the tub, I scrubbed. Would not take a bath. Pricing is super except for the astronomical pet fee per night. $25/pet per night. $100 incidental fee is also charged. Doesnt tale long for return though. Room keys were aajor hassle Every time we left the room and went nacl, our keys did not work and had to return to desk to have them re-keyed Grrr. Clntonental breakfast os nlthing soecial, but is something. Outsode meeda to ne pressire washed and weeded. You definitely can tell the bare minimum was done to draw customers. Beautiful old trees. Lots of green space. Rooms need microwaves.

The room was in an awful state. The bathroom was unsightly and needs to be renovated or upgraded. The outdoor area was nice but I wish the room reflected the same. There were bugs/ants crawling on the beds as well.

Lobby and room smelled. Bathtub in room badly stained. Floor had newer vinyl plank but was dirty enough to darken my socks. Plumbing in next room was extremely loud. Bedding had one sheet, no blanket or cover except for a single throw blanket enough for one person, not sufficient for two beds. Towels small and scratchy. Gaps in sides and bottom of door enough for light to shine through, thankfully no bugs. Checked out after the first night and cancelled the rest of our stay.

Couldn’t even stay at this place. I was able to book it and went there around 10 pm to check in. When I got into the are, I felt unsafe and it didn’t seem pleasant. The person working was rude to me and didn’t allow me to stay at the place I paid for. Didn’t have a place to stay and they didn’t give me my money back. Would not recommend this place!!!!

This was more like a camp ground. There were no lights to find the rooms in the dark. We had to keep pulling into spaces to shine headlights on the door numbers. I felt unsafe in the room. It looked freshly painted. But one of the door locks was broken on the exterior door and the adjoining door didn’t fully lock we put furniture in front of them to feel secure. Especially when the guest next door kept trying the handle all night long. The staff were very friendly. The desk clerk graciously gave us the “last” blanket he had. Which is good. Because in the room there were two beds with no blanket and one spare blanket in the ‘closet’. We were going to eat the free breakfast, but the uncleanliness of the room gave us pause and we skipped it.

We arrived around 8pm on a Saturday evening. Check-in was antiquated. Everything had been completed and paid for online. It shouldn’t take an additional 15 minutes for duplication of everything previously provided. A total waste of time. The room was as clean as possible, but the bathroom was filthy. Old and outdated fixtures and rust and water stains. It also sounded as though the AC could quit at any moment. The bed was also not comfortable. I was pleased at the deal I received for the room. If I had paid the amount my husband was offered for the room ($40 more), I would’ve been screaming for a refund. In a pinch for a single night, it’s a decent enough value. Outside of that, definitely go with another option.

The pictures looked nice. The pictures did not resemble what I got. I reserved a king non-smoking room; however, I entered my room and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. I dislike the smell of cigarettes. I am Asthmatic. The blue carpet was dirty (white stains). The tub has paint that was chipped off and chipping off which was off-putting. My sheet and 2 of my 4 pillow cases were dirty (had stains on them), i had to request new pillow cases. I am glad that it was a one-night reservation. I just needed somewhere to sleep before continuing on with my commute.

My stay at ParkView Inn & Conference Center was extremely disappointing and upsetting. When I entered the room, I found the bathroom in a filthy condition. The toilet had visible poop and stool, along with yellow stains — it was clear it had not been cleaned at all. This was completely unacceptable. I had booked a room for five people and selected the option with two beds, assuming there would be a couch or some additional sleeping space, as is common in many hotels. Unfortunately, the room only had two small beds and no couch. I was very tired and stressed, so I didn’t initially call the front desk. I also noticed bugs on one of the beds, which made me even more uncomfortable. Because there were only two small blankets in the room, I sent my son to ask for an extra blanket. The front desk refused and said the room only comes with two blankets. I then called personally to explain how upset I was — about the filthy bathroom, the lack of sleeping space, the bugs, and the blanket issue. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, the man on the phone yelled at me and claimed there were no pictures showing a couch, as if that justified the poor condition of the room. When I told him he was being rude and I wanted to speak to a manager, he told me he was the manager. His tone was hostile and disrespectful throughout the call. This experience was unacceptable on every level — from the disgusting condition of the room to the poor customer service. I have never been treated
