I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but I would have appreciated clean. Room and bedding seemed like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would have left if we hadn’t pre-paid through the app.

The carpet was filthy. The towels - all two of them - were incredibly old with stains. I got a blanket out of my truck and slept on top of the bed as the bed cover it was so old and unkept. No microwave oven. The chair was broken.

Worse than a house of horrors.

The staff member was very rude. When we explained that we meant to reserve a non-smoking room, we were told no changes even though there were available rooms. Then the key would not work and the staff member acted like we were a bother to him. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were cigarette burns on the chair, floor, bed linnen, ans pillows. There were roaches crawing around the room. Even though the roon was advertised as having a mini fridge abs TV, there was not either of those. There were no towels or wash cloths. The room smelled so bad we couldn't even stay. We left shortly after we checked in and went and slept in the car in a rest area.

They had bed bugs and roaches broken ac mosquitoes and terrible breakfast they didnt have laundry or a hair dryer the tub was disgusting the bathroom ahad pubic hair they over charged me and kept some of my deposit because i spoke up about the nasty bloody sheet and bed bugs they had cigarette burns in pillows and sheet and the carpet was filthy so ffilthy we couldnt be barefoot and some one try to break in our room and my husbad lost his wallet and they didnt care and came checkout they bang on door and harrass until u do so and i was banned wothout my knowledge because i asked for a refund due to the bed bugs biting me and us sitting in the lobby to wait for manager

Unfortunate

Apart from coffee, no breakfast was available during scheduled hours. Room was not clean, furniture was broken, 2 holes in our bathroom door ... but the bed was comfortable, and our floor was quiet. Not on our list for a repeat visit.

Needed a place to sleep to break up my trip. I didn't want anything extra just clean sheets and a shower that didn't scare me. I guess they don't have to be clean if there aren't any. Everywhere I looked something was damaged or just torn off the wall. I have never seen a worse location under a national brand.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel i’ve ever stepped foot in. I advise anyone who is planning a trip in this area to stay as far away from this hotel as possible…… photos below. Customer service is horrible they lack morals and cleanliness. Drug infested hotel. The entire hotel smells of piss and cigarettes.

Most disgusting, deplorable experience ever.

Breakfast was supposed to be included starting at 6:00am. By 7:30am, nothing had been prepared. Allentown Health Department had orange sign o front door stating that hotel was “Operating without a food service license because of non-compliance with food service sanitation.” Pillows were filthy. Bed spreads had cigarette holes in them. Carpet was never vacuumed and had cigarette butts and plastic bottles on the floor. Trash can had not been emptied. When I complained and asked for room change, desk clerk said the would send room service. They never came. When I tried to cancel the next night’s stay, the manager refused stating i that they hold to their “strict cancellation policy” A cursory view of other reviews show a LONG list of dissatisfied and unhappy reviews.
