Kallisti Beach House - sea front, Alliste, Italy

Unwind on the seafront of the Alliste marina with this fully air-conditioned holiday house located directly on the Ionian coast! The 4-bedroom house for 10 is perfect to host large families and groups looking for an intimate escape in Puglia.

The entrance to the modern property is characterised by a large enclosed garden which will give our guests total privacy and is suitable for hosting our four-legged friends. From the terrace, separated from the garden by 4 steps, you enter the main entrance which takes you directly into the huge open-plan living room, where there are three comfortable sofas, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with utensils, an oven, a Moka coffee machine and a refrigerator.

The third bedroom and the kitchen also lead to the internal garden which has a lovely barbecue and a small dining area with an external shower. From here you can access, via a staircase, the terrace which will take your breath away and from where you can admire beautiful sunsets whilst comfortably relaxing on a wicker sundeck with a pergola that will give you the possibility of having some fresh air.

Location

The location of the holiday house is ideal to reach some of the most famous places in Salento including Torre San Giovanni at (15 minutes), Ugento (20 minutes) and Gallipoli at (25 minutes). The most beautiful beaches of Salento can all be reached in less than a quarter of an hour by car. However, the bay around the house is equally beautiful, and at a 20-minute walk, you can access the turquoise waters of the Baia dei Diavoli!

The house is located on the coast road of the Alliste, a town full of activities, shops and restaurants. It also has charming white alleys, Baroque architecture as well as Moroccan kasbahs with Apulian flair and hospitality. The nearest airport is in Salento, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive from the holiday house.
