Nice and modern

Helpful friendly staff and nice hotel. Situated about 20 minutes from down town but close to local shops. Helpful transfer service offered by the hotel. Front office staff speak English

Lovely hotel

I used the hotel on a business trip. The building was new and cleanliness was felt throughout. The location is good, there is a ski jump right behind the hotel and you can see beautiful mountains. Esentai Mall is also within walking distance, which is good for shopping. The rooms are reasonably spacious, clean, and relaxing. The shower rooms and toilets are clean and I never felt uncomfortable with the dirtiness. The hotel front desk is friendly and accommodating in English. I could not communicate in English at the hotel restaurant, but the front desk staff helped me and I was able to enjoy a good meal. All the staff were friendly and really helpful. When I left the hotel, I experienced hospitality similar to that in Japan. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Almaty.
