The small town of Wooler sits at the foot of the Cheviot Hills and is only 5 miles inland - a popular destination for walkers and cyclists. The challenging route of the ’St Cuthbert’s Way’ is close by. The stunning coastline this region is renowned for, is only a short drive east, with the majestic castle at Bamburgh well worth a visit. The Georgian town of Berwick-upon-Tweed to the north, and Alnwick to the south, both offer a wide array of amenities around a half-hour drive away. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
