Our stay was great. We had everything we needed. When home for the evening, we would spend the time on the beautiful porch. We were concerned about no air conditioning but that was not an issue at all. The house cooled down nicely at night.

Fishing vacation

The cabin itself was very nice. When we got there a tree had fallen across the drive. We had to try and move it as best we could to get close to the cabin. I called the phone number given me to the property manager and got no response. Needless to say, it was a pain to try and mauver around the tree. Second, we bought a couple steaks to put on the grill. It was discustingly filthy. Could not bbq.

Solitude and wildlife

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. Clean, with a rustic feel. The wildlife was abundant and my grandchildren were ecstatic with them! It was an easy drive to Jackson hole and Grand Tetons. A little longer for Yellowstone but doable. Overall it was an enjoyable time and I strongly recommend staying here!

The View!

Lovely place. Should have stayed that there are many stairs to get to all bedrooms. Tv was broken and PlayStation unusable. No response from owner. Managers response was to contact owner. A man knocked on our door with a few people. Did not introduce himself. I asked him who he was. He said he was a realtor. Kinda scared us. The place itself was very comfy and well equipped except for broken sofa bed in first level. Beds were comfy. Great kitchen facilities except for no exhaust fan over stove.

Great cabin with amazing porch view

Overall I would highly recommend this property. The log cabin is large and exceptional. The only down sides were literally, 100's of flies over the course of the week inside. They seemed attracted to the large, warm windows. Also, I called the contact number, twice with a question and never got a call back. I also emailed and received no response either. That was disappointing. But overall, I would stay here again

Western Trip

Loved the home and scenery. This was our first trip to Wyoming and everything exceeded expectations. Would have loved to have stayed another week. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of five adults.

Improvements

When we arrived there was a notice of need for water conservation posted on the door..then Sat morning water was shut off with NO notice for over 4 hrs...there was a leak in the roof that affected the loft bathroom...there was someone painting the railing on the deck when we arrived Friday evening... so all hand rails were wet going around the cabin...there were live bugs in one of the downstairs bedroom..mice were another problem. The view from the front of the cabin was beautiful.

Great cabin experience

Cabin with great views. Plenty of room, while providing a cozy atmosphere. Really enjoyed watching the sunset from the back balcony with the propane fire pit. Also loved having the ability to have a wood burning fire in the designated fire ring. We couldn't get the overhead light in the master bedroom to work, but since we didn't spend much time in there, we didn't feel the need to contact management. It was a perfect, quiet escape. I would definately book this cabin again.

Amazing views

Everything was as expected. House is in a great neighborhood with amazing view. Enough supplies to cook and the outdoor gas grill worked great. Air conditioning would be nice , but really not necessary. Nothing bad to say about the location or house. Sure beats the busy Jackson area . We’ll be back

Beautiful area!

Property was easy to rent and we loved the views and wildlife! The kids loved the toys and we were appreciative of all the extras that were there such as spices, peanut butter, foil, etc. We felt the description of the location was not completely accurate as it was a 2 hour drive to Yellowstone and a 1.5 hr drive to Grand Tetons. We did have an issue with insects that were in the bathroom each morning, however, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great time here! Nice house, quiet area. Not far from Alpine. The only feedback I'd offer to the owners or management company is there should be some information on the check out process. We didn't receive anything so we made our best guess about what to do with sheets, towels, dishes, etc.

A-Frame is A+

My wife and I wanted a week surrounded by mountains, snow and relaxing atmosphere. The A-Frame cabin was perfect. The location was near several small towns with access to a grocery store, a few local restaurants and gas stations but not much more. A two-lane Hwy runs through the area with one turnoff towards Jackson. It was remote enough to not feel like we were in a tourist area. It was easy to find. The “neighborhood” has a road that is a gravel loop so it’s easy getting in and out. Cabin sits nicely on a slight hill and the backside of the cabin overlooks both a beautiful valley and mountains. My wife and I spent each night either sitting in the two chairs looking out the big windows or out on the deck watching the sunset and then the stars come out. Cabin is clean and with lots of room. And the 30 minute drive from Alpine to Jackson Hole/Grand Teton Park is absolutely beautiful. The drive is through the mountains with a river running along the Hwy much of the way. We will return in the near future.
