The 55 m² Non smoking apartment 4 with its own parking space is located on the first floor of the main house to pleasantly cooler forest side and has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa area with TV, radio and DVD and a covered balcony on which the afternoon sun enjoy and be sheltered in the fresh air even in light rain. The bright, fresh and modern rooms radiate warmth and comfort. The large bedroom with a four-poster bed offers a wonderful panoramic view of imposing pine trees. The bathroom with shower and toilet has plenty of storage space.  The separate, outside modern fitted kitchen offers a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, 2-plate ceramic hob and plenty of crockery. The north-facing, covered balcony overlooking the pine forest is equipped with, relax chairs and a table. A fully equipped single room with lake view, which can be accessed from the corridor, can be booked for a surcharge. The garden loungers directly on the lake or on the two lake platforms can be used for sunbathing.

A more than 5ha large lakefront property in an idyllic secluded location on the Dreier Lake in the immediate vicinity of the Drewitzer See is a gem for those seeking relaxation who like to spend their holidays close to nature. On the lake property, nature lovers have many opportunities to leave everyday life behind. Bathing in the crystal-clear waters of the Dreier Lake alone is a pleasure, and those who perceive the offer for a sauna session in the log cabin sauna on the lake, especially appreciate the subsequent cooling in the lake. A large sandpit with slide, swings, a ping-pong table, a football and volleyball court, outdoor chess and the own grove with intricate paths for adventurous discovery tours offer children - and young at heart - many opportunities to play and have fun.
