Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  4 miles de Gunstock Domaine skiable dans le cƓur de la rĂ©gion des Grands Lacs. Il est une destination quatre saisons. Soyez aussi actif que vous voulez ou se nichent au coin du feu. Certains de choses Ă  faire inclure des sports nautiques de toutes sortes, le ski, la randonnĂ©e, le ski de crasse, motoneige, etc.


SituĂ© dans le cƓur de la rĂ©gion des Grands Lacs seulement 25 minutes de l'autoroute Interstate 93 Minutes Ă  Gunstock Mountain et le lac Winnipesaukee. Cette maison isolĂ©e dispose d'une piscine dans le sol, terrasses expansives et terrain de volley / badminton pour ceux qui veulent rester Ă  la maison et profiter de la vue Ă  couper le souffle. Gunstock Mountain a ski, des tubes, ski de fond et la raquette Ă  seulement 4 miles. Lac Winnipesaukee a la navigation de plaisance, jet ski, pĂȘche, natation, etc. seulement quelques minutes. Cette maison a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, cheminĂ©e en pierre des champs massive et est un excellent endroit pour se rĂ©unir en famille et les amis. Avec deux suites de maĂźtre correspondant il est idĂ©al pour deux familles partageant le temps des vacances.

The Lone Tree Lodge was perfect for gathering with our family. The home is spacious and had everything we could want for a wonderful summer week together. The Lodge had everything we needed for cooking and dining together. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit as was the pool table. The view is stunning and the property private and quiet. We enjoyed hiking Mt Major just down the road and kayaking at Alton Bay. Thank you so much to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay. Especially enjoyed pool and hot tub. Nice amount of space for 2 families. Central air was a lifesaver during heatwave. Kitchen very well stocked. Recommend updating listing as there is no longer a ping pong table and the firepit is in a different spot with rocks/boulders for seats. There were some ants upstairs which the property manager immediately addressed. Overall everything was great.

Lone Tree Lodge was the perfect house for our girls weekend away. The entire grounds was so well kept, the pool was clean & not cold at all (even on our first rainy day) and the inside of the house was impeccable. So cozy & inviting! So much room for all of us too!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

Beautiful and Private, a very open and spacious home. We had plenty of room when we wanted to be all together but also there was plenty of room to spread out as well. We had two small toddlers with us and there was plenty of room for them to play and move around safely. Everything was clean and organized and our directions were clear and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back again for another family vacation in the future.

Multi-Family Generation Summer Vacation

This was our third time staying at the Lone Tree Lodge with family and friends. We had great weather and got to take advantage of the pool almost every day. The kids loved being able to hang out in the basement living room watching movies. Thank you for another great stay!

Spectacular Property

We did our annual summer family vacation at this stunning property in July - 6 adults and 2 teens - plenty of space for us! The views from the deck are amazing and the house has everything you could possibly need. It is private and quiet and situated on a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. The pool, hot tub and outdoor shower are amazing - the beds are comfortable - the kitchen is fully stocked - and the downstairs game room has ping pong and pool for indoor fun. Troy - the property manager - was really helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We look forward to coming back!

Great place for two families!

This is our second trip to this spot! The two identical masters are an ideal set up for two families on vacation. The location is great with proximity to a lot, but also feels like a true getaway. We absolutely loved the pool in the house was comfortable for all 10 of us. Our kids already want to come back!

Relaxing getaway!

Wonderful location and property! Our family of five vacationed here with one other family of five and the property was perfectly suited to our needs. Dual master suites as well as dual bunk rooms for the kids was perfect! The pool was absolutely ideal for all ages (our kids were 4-10 years old) and was heated enough to make it still comfortable in upper 70 degree temps with some clouds. We played board games, completed multiple puzzles, went out for ice cream and a jaunt to the lake, swam in the pool for the afternoons, hiked a local trail, and otherwise just enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Loved this place all around! Thanks Larry!

Amazing home!

This was our second time staying at the lone tree lodge and we love this property. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of space to put your food, drinks, etc. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful for any questions. The driveway is steep so it's a good idea to plan ahead with cars. We had 6 cars and were fine, and if you need more space there is a pull off halfway up the drive where you could leave a few cars too.

Fantastic

Perfect get away for two families with adult children. Plenty of space, plenty of beds, plenty of things to do. We did not have to leave the property for anything- we were able to just be together and have fun. Everything you need is there even the pool floats. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing property

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. There was more than enough space for 6 adults and 4 children. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. A couple things to note if you are going to rent: despite what the listing says, there is wifi available. The name and password are provided in the welcome packet. Also, while linens are provided, you will need to make the beds and bring your own beach/pool towels. Bath towels are provided. The owner (Larry) arrived as we were packing up (we were running late to get out). He was very kind and understood that we were running late. I mentioned a couple items to him (extremely limited hot water and the thermostat had a weird schedule set which made the house super cold at random times). Larry assured me that he would talk to the property manager about those issues and get them looked at, so hopefully that's resolved for the next guest. Thank you Larry for sharing your wonderful home and amazing view with us. We will definitely be considering renting this house again in the future!

Even Nicer Than The Pictures!

We were blown away by the beauty of this place! The lodge itself was beautiful with natural wood and rustic charm, and the outdoor space and views from the yard were amazing! Larry is a great host and was very responsive, his property is well kept and everything was very clean. We loved it so much, hoping to come back next year!

Phenomenal property!

This property/lodge is phenomenal, great view of the lake, home is immaculate, lacks nothing to be comfortable in it. Plenty of beds, couches, seating, etc. The pool, hot tub, billiards table, washer+dryer, just take this place over the top! We’d stay here again in a heart beat. A+++++
