This is a lovely location, looking out at the cattle on the opposite hill. Quiet & peaceful and Kelly's Korner restaurant right next door was an added bonus. The coffee in the morning could stand an upgrade, but everything was just fine! And the water pressure in the shower was great!

Property is dated but well maintained. Our room was recently refurnished, with a very comfortable new bed. And fresh clean sheets. but we the walls were thin and we heard our neighbor’s tv all night until we got up at 6 am There was coffee in the office every morning at 6 but only powder creamer, not real milk. The manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. the motel honored my special request for extra blankets.

If you need a cheap flop for the evening this will be okay. Although the room is clean the room next door had a tick walking around in the bathroom. Our main issue were a bunch of dudes hanging out two rooms down with their radio blasting and drinking and talking loudly late at night outside our door. Keep in mind this is just a motel not a hotel and if you don't mind staying here and Saving $500 a night in State College it's okay.
