The desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We were so stressed about no power or heat in our home. We were treated so well an arrangements were made for Lola our pup. The room was quiet, spotless and very comfortable especially the beds. A++++++++ all around. Love the lemon ice water in the lobby. Breakfast was good too!

Good stay but it was a let down Room was nice grounds was pet friendly 30 dollar fee very reasonable breakfast was great the woman who took care of the food area was very nice and kept everything clean stocked and organized….. But I’m very let down over the hot tub being out of order and that making the pool too cold to swim indoors I understand things happen but I called ahead to make sure the pool was open my niece has autism and picked this hotel just for this reason she loves to swim and made my time there difficult

The staff was the most friendliest i’ve ever encountered. Your people do wonderful work. The room was just a tiny bit meh. there was hair in our bed and hair in the pool and hot tub. kind of gross, but i didn’t let it ruin my night. just needs better upkeep. everyone is doing. a fantastic job
