After taking nearly an hour to check-in to a room that was what I reserved, the staff was dismissive regarding the lack of functioning amenities. I ultimately slept in a room with compromised safely measures because they refused to give me a refund so that I could find a different hotel. They also refused to allow a complimentary late check-out after delaying my check-in. This was an all-around horrible experience. I will never recommend or use this hotel again.

The room was dusty, needed to be cleaned, the pillow puffed a cloud of dust when you layed you head down, the night stand drawer face was completely gone, the wall was tore open where pipes were exposed, the room smelled like someone closed off all air ventilation and smoked an entire pack of cigarettes.

The room was filthy and in disrepair. There was a large hole in the wall and the wall mirror was not even attached to the wall. The dogs were in the room as it is a dog friendly hotel, And they kept trying to go into the hole in the wall since it was accessible from the floor. The sheets already had body fluids stains on them. The bathroom had not been cleaned. It was also a foul odor in the room . There were three other people, whom we don't know, who had checked in at the same time and then turned around and said that they were no longer staying there for the same reasons. The person at the front desk told everyone that they could get a refund but they have to go through their respective third parties. When we contacted the third party to get a refund, they said that the front desk person told them that they had to email the manager. The manager in turn declined to refund us for our visit that we didn't even do.

The staff was nice but this was a terrible experience overall. I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having an airport shuttle. As I was checking in, after paying, I asked about this and she said they do not have a shuttle and it was too late to cancel and I would get no refund. This alone was very disappointing but then I got to the room which was filthy. The toilet and bath tub were very, very dirty. The ice machine did not work and there was NO hot water. I couldn't afford to book another hotel with no possibility of refund and felt trapped in a bad situation. The front desk employees were nice and I don't blame them for any of this but the experience was very bad. I have never left a bad review but I feel like it is my duty to my fellow citizens in this instance.

Floor was so dirty that it looked like i walked around barefoot outside! Room was run down and needed paint, lights in the washroom were out Lamps on the wall has faulty switches ( big fire hazard). Door wouldnt lock unless you leaned on it and forced the lock. Remote for tv was almost dead and was broken. Wouldn't stay at this place again! Poor example of a LaQuinta!!! Not worth the price!!!
