The staff was really nice, the property needs some update, shower knob hard to turn on and off, water still dripping after turn off, free parking but no breakfast. Price was cheaper than others hotel.

The property really needs an upgrade. The rooms very very dirty and dusty. The bathroom had hair in the bathtub. The toilet seats were old and torn. The only thing that was good was the staff was super friendly and the restaurant food was really good. But for the hotel to be Hilton, it sure was not to the standard. The rooms had spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. Very disappointed with the quality of the hotel.

The staff was the best part. Our room had mold in the bathroom. The walls were scared and dirty. The towel were mis-matched. The walls were very thin a baby cried for a hour waking us up very early. The lock did not work at the pool. Lastly the bed had a big sink in the middle which cause bad sleep. I will submit a review online as well.

The rooms are dirty. The walls look like they haven’t been painted in 10 years. My bathroom door looked like it had vomit all over it. I woke up around 1:30 am and my entire room smelled like weed from people smoking inside. The staff was always nice, but the hotel itself is rundown and gross

No extra towels!

Asked for extra towels and maid said she had to tell someone to get the towels and they would bring to room. Waited for an hour and nothing came. Called front desk and they assured someone would bring towels and after another hour. Nothing! Left hotel and came back hours later and had to call front desk for the 3rd time and asked for towels, and finally they came within minutes!
